Opening shot: A vast expanse of space is shown, punctuated by the ominous silhouette of a fleet of Grey Knights vessels. Their sleek hulls gleam with the promise of righteous fury. The camera pans down to reveal the Imperial planet of Urkanxos Primaris which was once a thriving paradise but is now tainted by the corrupting influence of Chaos. Voiceover (spoken by the Captain of the Grey Knights): "We have arrived, and it is now that we perform our charge. In the fealty of the God-Emperor and by the grace of the Golden Throne, I declare Exterminatus upon the Imperial World of Urkanxos Primaris. I hereby sign the death warrant for this entire world and consign a million souls to oblivion. May the Imperial justice account in all balance. The Emperor protects." During the first year, as the Clan travelled, Kazura kept close to Zi'Tani and the new child in the Clan. Kazura often was asked to help in the valleys of Alterac, howling down into the valleys and generally kicking Stormpikes off the mountains; she would later sit down and listen to the tales of older fighters, listening in case they had something to say about the Winter sun. During the second year, more of the same followed. During one of the fights against the Stormpikes, which Kazura had fallen into when she was following a lead for hints and stories of the old Winter sun clan, the Stormpikes had not understood the word truce or peace, as they were the aggressors.
